KW Ventures, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company, doing business as getPesty (“Company” or “We”) understands that purchases do not always work out and that customers may request to return our products.
This policy describes the procedure and terms for how you can return and receive a refund for products purchased through www.getpesty.com (our “Website”).
Returns and Refunds.
Except for any products designated on the Website as final sale or non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of delivery with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.
Refunds are processed within a commercially reasonable amount of time from our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS WEBSITE AS NON-RETURNABLE, ITEMS ON SALE, OR FOR GIFT CARDS.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. Damaged items will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
